The Tipster has news!! Lindsey Warren is joining me as an instructor at SNR EXPRESS starting this Tuesday, October 5, at 5:30 pm. Lindsey's class will be cardio sculpt - a total body workout while having fun and feeling good. I guarantee it!!

So all you lost Carolina Girls, put on your workout clothes and tennis shoes and meet Lindsey and me at SNR EXPRESS this Tuesday, October 5, @ 5:30 pm.

Gonna have plenty workout fun and feel good fun. Holidays are coming so lets be ready for them. Lindsey and I will be waiting for you!!

Dear Friends of my Carolina Women's Fitness Gym Family; it is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you our friend and Silver Sneaker Gym Member, Judy Bridges, went to heaven Tuesday, June 1st.

She will be truly missed by us all. Judy was a "character" who enjoyed her life, family , fellowship, and her Silver Sneaker class with "her favorite instructor!"

Judy was a lady whose presence was known and felt by all whom she contact with anytime. We have a "Judy's Closet Exercise" in my class that makes her roll those eyes that could speak 1,000 words if you know what I mean!! Judy's Closet Exercise will forever be in my SS Class in grateful memory and tribute of my friend, Judy B.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday , June 4, at Rogers-Pickard Funeral Home from 6:30-7:30 pm. If any of you would like to meet me at funeral home about 6:20 pm so that we can say our final goodbye to Judy together, please do. My Silver Sneaker Class will always be part of my family......Wanda

Hi to all my Carolina friends!! Hope you are enjoying your Memorial Day weekend. Miss seeing all of you but you can change that tomorrow.
Here is a Special Invitation to all my Carolina Girls to come join my Senior Fitness Class at SNR Express on Memorial Day Monday at 10:00 am.

Lets get in better shape together starting tomorrow. This Memorial Day Monday class is complimentary so come join me for our exercise celebration. Also includes laughter, fellowship, fun.

Hello Everybody!! May not be at Carolina Fitness anymore but I'M STILL THE TIPSTER!

Hope everyone is doing well. Got your vaccinations, still following the safety virus guidelines. The virus is still here and we must still be careful. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for us soon.

Feel like getting out of the house for some safe and fun exercise? Well come on over to SNR Express located behind Golden Corral!!

HAPPY EASTER, MY CAROLINA GIRLS!! HOPE EVERYONE HAS ENJOYED THIS WONDERFUL DAY OF CELEBRATION FOR JESUS CHRIST, OUR LORD, WHO GAVE HIS LIFE TO SET US FREE FROM OUR SINS.

EASTER IS ABOUT THE NEW BEGINNING FOR US ALL. SO LET'S MAKE IT COUNT BY STILL FOLLOWING THE VIRUS GUIDELINES FOR OUR SAFETY AND OUR FAMILY.

Tomorrow get up off that couch, lace those tennis shoes up alittle tighter; and COME ON OVER TO SNR EXPRESS to join my Senior Fitness Class at 10:00 am. You will do a total body workout with weights, bands, and hand balls; and have fun, fun, fun!

Hello from The Tipster...
Taught my first Silver Sneaker Class at
SNR EXPRESS this morning. It was good to see alot of my members from Carolina Fitness.

Even though we haven't been together in about 1 year (can you believe it's been this long?), the class ladies were wonderful and you still got it ladies.

I teach my SS Class every Wednesday at 10:00 am at SNR EXPRESS.

Hello Again from The Tipster!!
Just want to remind my exercise friends that I will start teaching my Silver Sneaker Class at SNR Express on March 3rd, Wednesday at 10:00 am. SNR acknowledges the same insurance plans that Carolina Fitness did so costs will be the same for you whether you are covered under your insurance plan or have to pay out of your pocket.

Governor Cooper has increased the number of member quantity in gyms and exercise classrooms as of today. I have taught a couple of SS Classes this week and I'm ready to go!!

Hello, from The Tipster!! Happy New Year! Yes, I know, 1 Month Late but still hoping 2021 will bring all of us happiness, good health; and new successes. It's been almost a year since Covid-19 Virus invaded the USA and more closer to home, Carolina Women's Fitness.
When we closed the gym doors, we all had good intentions to keep on exercising, etc. I know some of you finally took the leap and joined other gyms; but we all know they are not the same.
I miss my Silver Sneakers Class Members; BUT I'M COMING BACK !!
Starting the first Wednesday in March; I will be teaching my Silver Sneakers Class @ 10:00 am at SNR EXPRESS located directly behind Golden Corral. SNR carries all the same insurance carrier benefits that Carolina did so my ladies; no more excuses.
NOTE: Because of Covid-19 restrictions, there can only be 9 class members in room for now so early bird sneaker gets the chair. If you have any questions, call me or text @ (919) 356-2770 or message me.

Merry Christmas to everyone from The Tipster! It has been a heck of year...Hope everyone is being smart and safe with Covid-19 by following the (3) W Guidelines.

Carolina still has some tan lotions left to be sold way below costs. All lotions bought this year; can be used indoor or outdoor.
