Seminole Strength Academy

Seminole Strength Academy Oviedo Power, formerly Seminole Strength Academy is a strength conditioning program amd coach for youth athletes. Both have the same components.

We are located in and affiliated with CrossFit Muster Station, Sanford, Fl. However, our programs are designed to prepare athletes for specific demands and focus on particular goals of speed and conditioning with youth athletes. This differs because CrossFit is general physical preparedness with increasing your fitness level and improving overall health (the health fitness continuum).
