We have been teaching martial arts for the past 17 years! We teach classes in Taekwondo, self defense, kempo karate, and cardio kickboxing (through iLoveKickboxing.com). We have karate classes for kids and karate lessons for adults and families. Whether you want to learn how to defend yourself, improve your self confidence, or just get into better shape we are here to help you. The floor mats, the training equipment, karate belts, sparring gear, and everything else was chosen to create an atmosphere full of focus, determination, and success.
