Personal Mastery Martial Arts is Utah’s premier martial arts and leadership development facility. We have been teaching martial arts for the past 17 years! We teach classes in Taekwondo, self defense, kempo karate, and cardio kickboxing (through iLoveKickboxing.com). We have karate classes for kids and karate lessons for adults and families.
