We have been teaching martial arts for the past 17 years! We teach classes in Taekwondo, self defense, kempo karate, and cardio kickboxing (through iLoveKickboxing.com). We have karate classes for kids and karate lessons for adults and families. Whether you want to learn how to defend yourself, improve your self confidence, or just get into better shape we are here to help you.
