Krav Maga training is challenging! Multiple attackers, pressure drills, rapid decisions, adrenaline, confusion. But that’s the point! Real self-defense situations are not calm or predictable.

The chaos teaches our students to stay composed, think on their feet, adapt under pressure, and keep moving when things don’t go according to plan (and they never do!).

Recently two of our students earned their Krav Kids’ black belts! This is an AMAZING accomplishment that takes years of dedicated practice, hard work, and determination. You crushed it Callie and Olivia and we couldn’t be prouder!

Several other promotions were earned from yellow to red belts and all of our kids showed heart, grit, and serious skill on the mats. Way to represent, kids! 💪

It’s time! The adults’ test is tomorrow (Saturday, May 9th) at:
- 7am for our brown belts
- 8am for our blue belts
- 9am for our green belts
- 10am for our orange belts
- 11am for our yellow and white belts

Eat a good meal tonight, drink plenty of liquids, and be ready to go at your scheduled start time (we will start promptly on the hour, so be warmed up and ready to get after it!).

Outside defenses are rarely ideal. But when the defender’s hands are out of position (fingers pointing down), quick outside defenses earn their keep!
