I work for a great company that has given me countless opportunities to do what I love best. I get to help people reach their fitness goals day in and day out. It is a blessing to work in an industry that promotes something so great. HEALTH MATTERS! I am not perfect (especially with diet lol) but I try my best to practice what I preach to those who I come across on a daily. Let's make a change and

make our health a priority. At VASA Fitness our job is to everyone with fun and happy fitness through physical and emotional health. We offer our members and guests with amenities such as personal training, group fitness classes, spa, basket ball, racquetball, weights, cardio etc. I am located at the Sandy location and want to INVITE ALL to try us out and get after those fitness goals together.
