It’s all about you baby.⠀

The man that you really want in all his masculine support can only show up for you at the level that you are at.⠀

You attract that kind of man specifically to initiate the process of getting yourself to the next level.⠀

I work with women that are tired of waiting, begging or demanding their partners buy-in to make big shifts in their love lives.⠀

We live in a society that glamorizes hustle and hard work while looking down on receiving and ease.⠀⠀
⠀
Here’s a misunderstanding though:⠀
⠀
Even though you can’t get something for nothing = There’s always an exchange for any giving/receiving transaction.⠀
⠀
If we look at everything as energy the parties decide what is an equal exchange and that depends on what each party values.⠀
By parties sometimes I mean: God, the universal force.⠀
And in this case the exchange usually doesn’t take much effort, our value here is that we are divinely created.⠀
We don’t “do” anything for sunshine, air, the planet and many other things and we still receive them.⠀
⠀
If your inclination is to judge others:⠀⠀
It’s time to take a deep look at yourself because it can likely be envy around the belief of what a fair exchange is.⠀
⠀⠀
Or if there’s shame or guilt around yourself receiving with ease in abundance:⠀
It’s time to check in and accept⠀⠀
how you are worthy to have any blessing.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
There is nothing you or anyone could Do to Be more worthy.⠀⠀
And it is not only ok but Great to be in the capacity to receive.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I’m inviting you to try on a new belief and notice if you get free of the unconscious self sabotage that keeps you working harder and struggling longer for those achievements and accomplishments.⠀⠀

I am here to bring women back to their inherent wisdom.⠀

I am here to bring them back into the divine harmony they were born to experience.⠀

To empower them in break free from their blocks and patterns with love and compassion.⠀

I am here to guide them in sourcing their happiness from their own personal relationship with themselves independent from anything outside of them.⠀

These women are ready to feel so alive and be so in love with themselves and their lives.⠀

They are tired of being tired and working hard and are ready to align their vibrations to attract and receive what they desire with more ease and joy than they had believed was possible.⠀

Not being heard?⠀
Talking his ear off, getting loud, explaining the life out of something,,, and then having to do it again….⠀

Here’s what you have to do👇⠀

1. Get his undivided attention.⠀
⠀
Actually men don’t really divide their attention. ⠀
If he is doing something or has something else on his mind: don’t expect him to remember or act on what you’ve said.⠀
⠀
2. Preface what you need.⠀
⠀
Women often have expectations/beliefs of how men should behave and what they should know or do. Women set them up for failure because they misunderstand their motivations.⠀
⠀
If he can provide a need for you it’s worth it for him to do.⠀
⠀
3. Ask supportive questions.⠀
⠀
Modeling how to listen and reciprocating the support makes the communication two sided.⠀
In the end your participation helps both of you win.⠀
⠀
Ask yourself if your current way of communication is working?⠀
⠀
Start with something simple, following each of these steps and see the results for yourself.⠀

Celebrated completion of my training in the Institute of Coaching Mastery this last weekend over a 4 day retreat! 🥳⠀
⠀
I’ve absolutely loved the program so much! ⠀
My mentor has developed the Mastery Method of coaching that is like nothing most people have ever experienced before. ⠀
⠀
I’ve always questioned why we can know something with our mental awareness and not be able to follow through shifting our behaviors in that knowing toward our goals. Staying stuck and blocked; and this course has not just taught me the why but also the HOW to get those results by Using those blocks to benefit the growth and transformation we are looking for.⠀
⠀
I’ve learned to balance Feminine (BEing) energy with Masculine (DOing) energy to support transformation not just in the common way of educating and consulting clients but to bring awareness and especially acceptance and compassion into those blocks and then through intuition move into natural and organic aligned action.⠀
⠀
Complete and Long Lasting Transformation on five levels! Not just the mental and behavioral level but also emotional, somatic (energetic/physical sensations), and unconscious levels.⠀
⠀
More than learning this method; I’ve actually experienced the real results from it in my life. In personal, physical, financial and general quality of life upgrades over my time being taken through this training as a client would experience for themselves.⠀

That’s the most value I’ve gotten from it. The peeling away at layers not serving me and what is not me, embodying even more my true self. ⠀

My Best Birthday Present this year came 10 days before my Birthday.⠀

Already she has allowed me to be more in love with life, in awe of my body, present for each moment, even more indulgent in the feminine, creative, joyful, more receptive and trusting that of all the plans I make:⠀
there is a divine master plan better than mine.⠀
⠀
This pregnancy and delivery has been one of the most healing experiences of my life, with my husband and for our family. ⠀

How to prevent yourself from being a victim of unmet expectations.⠀

Unmet expectations cause the bulk of our relationship problems.⠀
⠀
Ok, actually it may be the cause of the bulk of or lifes problems.⠀
⠀
Think about how often you are upset over things not being the way you want, ⠀
⠀
or thought could ⠀
or should be ⠀
or wishing they might be ⠀
or might not have been or wouldn’t have been….. ⠀
⠀
Really pause and notice ⠀
⠀
because if you just read over this, what’s the point?⠀
⠀
My desire is to at least start at step one and bring awareness to this.⠀
⠀
What we don’t see we can’t work with.⠀
⠀
What are they?⠀
Your expectations ⠀
At Home:⠀
In Relationship:⠀
At Work:⠀
With Friends:⠀
From Society:⠀
⠀
Frustrations come from present reality being different from our desires.⠀
⠀
The Two Things You Can Do:⠀

1: Accept Reality⠀
⠀
2: Don’t be complacent in Reality. ⠀
See what you are empowered to Act On and Change.⠀
⠀
Acceptance comes from seeing things as they really are, ⠀
⠀
It doesn’t matter if you believe the expectations are realistic or not, ⠀
⠀
The only thing that is actually Realistic is Actual Reality as it is currently.⠀
⠀
Holding on to an illusion leaves us powerless.⠀
Seeing what we can do within what is presently being observed is Empowering.⠀
