Boring not allowed!

Being a power woman is FUN! And we use it as a reason to have business brunches and connect as we all grow in our different ways!!!

Missed all those who couldn’t come today! But we’re so glad we get to see you on our power women collective calls!

Because being part of a collective power is only going to help us all grow and thrive faster!

I forgot what postpartum sleep feels like…

I watched my friend’s baby all night because she got super sick and had to go to the ER for fluids and medication.

She was able to come home and sleep, but needed rest and so of course I was happy to tend to her little one.

And she is such a good baby, but we were still up a lot together for feedings and changings and all of it

But I was so grateful for this experience as a reminder how being in postpartum is a lot about the lack of sleep

I woke up tired in a different way but familiar because I did this three times, but was surprised how quickly I forgot this lack of sleep hangover feeling.

So I share this as a reminder to all women- you know at least one woman in postpartum and you can help in some way today too.

You don’t have to watch the baby all night like I did, but you can help her get a nap, take her a drink, send her a text of love and encouragement.

We are the village to lift postpartum women together!!!

But of course it’s a journey more than a one time event.

But see your power in every moment of the journey.

I’ve been talking with you power women and hearing your stories.

You’re doing it.

Standing for who you are.
Your values.
Sharing love.
But also receiving it.

Especially from yourself.

And learning to hear your own sovereign voice.
Your opinion!
You intuition!
Your power!

I see you power women and know that you’re making many power moves and moments currently in your journey.

And I celebrate with you! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I get ready by running! 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🔥

Moving my body whether running, weight lifting, or even a walk is the best way I get ready to work and come in my power and have amazing ideas and confidence in just do them!

And it’s helped me to grow my successful coaching business that I love working in everyday! ( yes often still in my workout clothes)! 😂😂

Our our yoga/soundbath Mother’s Day event was magical and we hope everyone there’s heart healed a little and she can extend that energy to the postpartum women especially in Utah!
