A cardio grind built to challenge your aerobic engine and mental toughness. Pace smart, push steady, and finish strong.
💥 WEDNESDAY – Strength (Military Press Testing)
It’s all about upper-body power today. Find your rhythm, engage that core, and press with purpose. Let’s see how far your shoulder strength has come!

High energy, fast transitions, and all-out effort. Bring that grit — your endurance test is just around the corner!

The perfect finisher to wrap up testing week. We’re combining strength and explosive movement to leave it all on the floor.
