We at the shop are supporting, and encouraging donations for Bryan’s widow Michone, and Bryan’s family to help with proceedings, and to support them in this unfathomable time of grief and change. We know that no sum of money would ever fill the void he left, not only as a sole provider, but as a husband, brother, son, Godfather, friend, free mason, rival, Viking, patriot, unpaid therapist, disciple of Christ, and son of God.

Unfortunately God needed Bryan’s services handling Chuck Norris’ mood swings, so we will all bravely carry on in his honor.

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bryan Burris. He was the glue that held this shop together. Many of you will remember calling in and hearing his voice on the other side, ready to do whatever it took to make sure you had a great experience here at lakes, but he was so much more. Bryan was a dear friend, even my best friend, before he was an employee or co-worker. That manifested in how he managed the shop day to day. We ask for your grace, patience, and understanding during these hard times adjusting to his absence, and attempting the daunting task of filling his shoes. We needed four Bryans and now we have none. We will be doing our best in pressing on with optimism, and trying to piece together and carry on where he left off. In order to do this the shop will be closed until next Tuesday.
