Cape Cod Diving Society Scuba Diving! The Cape Cod Diving Society is Aqua Center’s club for frequent divers. The club set up is simple.

Our primary goal is to get you in the water, and keep you diving as often as possible! If you are a member you will have access to group events, planned dives, and other diving related activities. Although most society activities will be open to all divers, a normal minimum $10.00 activity fee will be required for non-society members. Our goal for 2012 is to have at least 1 dive activity planned e

ach week starting in May through October, and diving many of the popular dive sites around Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The society will also plan boat trip and charters during the 2012 diving season. There will be equipments specials available as well for Society members only, and, as they say, membership will have its privileges. Members will receive a 50% discount on single tank air fills, as well as a 50% discount on cylinder rentals from Aqua Center. Society members also receive a 10% discount on all instructional courses fees offered through Aqua Center. For the upcoming winter season we plan to hold some smaller social events designed to let divers mingle and share interests and ideas for the upcoming dive season. As a member, your ideas, input, and enthusiasm are greatly valued and appreciated. Please join us and share the adventure of diving together in 2012!

Spring Dive Schedule.

Refresher Dive – Saturday, May 12
Fresh water pond dive at Snake Pond. This will be an opportunity to get wet, check out gear, review basic skills, and get ready for the summer diving season.

Garbage Beach Dive – Saturday, May 19
Advanced certification required. Visiting Garbage beach in Woods Hole to explore along the seawall for old bottles, and maybe drop down the “hill” and explore he deeper part of the beach.

Night Dive – Thursday, June 7
Meeting at 7:00 PM for a night dive. Advanced / Night Dive certification and proper gear required. Location to be determined! Maybe Town Beach in Sandwich…?

Drift Dive – Sunday, June 10
Mill Creek in Sandwich. Meeting at 8:00 AM to drift dive on the last of the incoming tide starting at the Boardwalk in Sandwich. We will ride the remaining incoming current “up the creek” and then return to the Boardwalk on the outgoing tide.
