Moms on Fire STRENGTH🔥
This class is great for building all-around strength so you can keep up with your kiddos and feel your absolute best!
Both the Moms on Fire STRENGTH and the Strength Express classes focus on progressive overload. This means you’re repeating the same exercises for several weeks, working on your form, and trying to increase either the amount of reps or the weight you’re using.
Plus, we just added strength trackers to this class!

I don’t expect you to remember what dumbbells you used for lunges 5 weeks ago.🧐
Now you can write down exactly what you did (in the moment!) so next time you come to class, you can grab what you need and get to work.
Plus, in a few months, you’ll be able to SEE real progress on that sheet.

Keep in mind you won’t see increases every single week. And you probably won’t see increases for every single exercise. THAT’S OKAY!
The point is to not keep using the same 10lb dumbbells that you were using in January.
🔥STRENGTH Class details:
Use of heavier weights will be used in a more traditional strength training format, with guidance on form and safe progressions. You won’t just feel stronger week over week... you’ll be more confident, have more energy, and feel like you can take on the world!
The small class size allows for more personalized attention so you get the benefits of personal training in a group setting. The best of both fitness worlds!
Short on time? We get it.
Join the Strength EXPRESS class if you’ve got a full schedule but don’t want to sacrifice your workout time. We’ll hit lower + upper body, and even some core in this full-body strength class. With a focus on form and safe progressions, all fitness levels are welcome!
