will lead you through a warm-up, go into full detail of the movements and exercises, and give you options for modification. Progress, not perfection, is what we strive for at CrossFit Sandusky, and it’s our goal to get you to where you want to be. Contact us and come try your first week of class for FREE! 🌞 AUGUST COMMITTED CLUB 🤝

When athletes attend 15 or more classes per month, they are apart of our Committed Club! Check out our solid group this month and we know it’ll keep getting bigger! 💪🏻

Our Committed Club Members are put into a drawing and August’s winner is Brittnee! She will receive a gift card to support a local business here in Downtown Sandusky. 🌅

Here’s what Coach Lyndi says about Brittnee: Determination, grit and strength.. words I would use to describe Brittnee! From day one, she has shown commitment to herself by taking on the hard workouts even when it’s a less than desirable movement. Seeing her progress in her mobility, strength and form has a been joy to watch as a coach. 🤗

We asked for donations & our members showed up 🙂‍↕️

CFS partnered with 242 Church to collect hygiene products to support local students. All donations will be given to local school districts to give to students as-needed. We are proud of people for showing up and happy to be able to serve our community through this partnership. 🤝🪥🧼🎒
