Some are here to build muscle. 💪
Some are here to lose weight. 🔥
Some are here for their mental health. 🧠

And some are just here because they promised themselves they would stop eating chips directly out of the bag. 😂

Whatever brought you here today, give yourself credit for showing up.

One workout won’t change your life...
But a whole bunch of “I almost didn’t come, but I did” workouts absolutely will. ❤️

Sometimes she trades her leggings for something a little different.

Most days you’ll find me in fitness clothes, coaching, training, and helping others discover what they’re capable of. But every now and then, I get the chance to dress up and step into a different version of myself.

Recently, the Confidence Conference gave me the opportunity to put my best-dressed self forward and walk into a room with confidence. And while the outfit was fun, the confidence didn’t come from the clothes.

It came from years of showing up for myself.

Fitness has taught me that confidence is built long before the moment you need it. It’s built in the early mornings, the tough workouts, the days you don’t feel like showing up but do anyway. It’s built every time you keep a promise to yourself.

The strength we build in the gym doesn’t stay in the gym. It follows us into the studios we teach at, the conferences we attend, the social events, and every challenge life puts in front of us.

So yes, sometimes I step out of my fitness clothes and into something a little more dressed up. But the confidence I wear? That came from the work, and the belief others had in me!

Strong women don’t just look confident. They build confidence, one workout, one challenge, and one choice at a time. ❤️

just smart ones.

You don’t need to destroy yourself to see results.

You need to move with intention… and keep doing it.

Most people overcomplicate fitness.

It really comes down to a few things:

• Move well — good form protects your body and makes every rep count

• Slow down sometimes — control builds real strength
• Stay consistent — results come from what you repeat, not what you do once

Take the lighter weights
Rest when you need to
Push when you can

That’s where progress actually happens.

Because the goal isn’t just to get through a workout, it’s to build a body that feels strong, capable, and lasts.

We coach. We watch form, build confidence, push effort, adjust energy, and somehow know when someone needs encouragement or needs to be challenged harder.

Little changes = whole different level of burn.

Throw a loop band around your feet during floor work and everything instantly gets more interesting.

More core. More glutes. More stability. More shaking.

Those small controlled barre movements hit harder when the band keeps constant tension the whole time.

And for a little extra fun… add plank jacks.
Because apparently we like a little chaos!

Controlled. Strong. Slightly aggressive.
Exactly how I like my barre work.
