Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads, grandpas, stepdads, father figures, and mat-side coaches who support our kids every step of the way! 💙

A huge THANK YOU to all the dads who jumped on the mats with us for our Father’s Day Mat Party. From grappling and games to plenty of laughs, it was awesome watching our students share something they love with the people they look up to most.

Whether you were getting swept, learning a new move, or just trying to survive the warm-up, you made memories your kids won’t forget.

Thank you for your encouragement, your patience, your support, and for being the kind of role models that help our students grow both on and off the mats.

Our Teens Jiu Jitsu program helps students build strength, focus, and self-confidence both on and off the mats. Whether they’re brand new or already have experience, they’ll train in a positive environment that pushes them to grow, work hard, and have fun.

It’s also the perfect bridge into our adult program, helping teens build the skills and confidence they need to transition smoothly when they’re ready.

Turns out the secret to great Jiu Jitsu... might be a little bit of silliness. 😆

Coach Garry introduced "The Human Centipede"! Focusing on keeping hooks in, when on the back.

These fun drills keep our kids engaged, build coordination, and sneak in real technique without them even realizing it.

Because when kids are having fun, they keep showing up-and that's where the real growth happens.

Small class sizes = more attention, better learning, stronger kids.
