A few classes late, but today we are making a BIG deal about Caresa hitting 100 classes!
We could go on and on about this member. She truly started with us from day one and has never looked back. Sure, there may have been moments of doubt, wondering if she was in the right place, but it didn’t take long before she started seeing improvements both inside and outside the gym and realized this is exactly where she belongs.
We won’t mention age, but she just so happens to be one of the most seasoned members in our strength classes… and you would NEVER guess it because just look at her! 🔥
What makes Caresa special is that she simply loves being here. It’s not just the workouts—it’s the friendships, the encouragement, and being surrounded by a room full of like-minded people striving to become better.
She’s also the perfect example of why we lift. In a world obsessed with skinny culture, especially for aging women, strength training matters. When we don’t prioritize resistance training and maintaining muscle mass, our metabolism slows, everyday tasks become harder, and our quality of life can decline.
Caresa is proof that strength has no age limit. She continues to show up, work hard, and invest in herself, and the results speak for themselves.
Congratulations on 100 classes, Caresa! We are so grateful you chose to start on day one and even more grateful that you never looked back. Here's to the next 100! ❤️
