My feet have been oh so happy here in Skopelos! Beautiful scenery, delicious food, a fabulous full day on a boat, visiting the famous “Mamma Mia Chapel”….and more. Today we head to Skiathos, our final island destination here in Greece.

Today’s edition of “happy feet”…..we made it all the way to the beautiful Greek isle of Alonissos after a very long journey. It has been well worth it! The water is pure heaven and the food is divine!

Today was the very first time I did a Pilates birthday party class in my studio. What an honor it was to help Vicki and her friends celebrate her turning 80! What a truly fabulous group of “Super Seniors”!!!
