Marin Rod And Gun Club The Rod and Gun Club is historical social club with an environmental and outdoor charter. There are no guns permitted on the property.

We enjoy a waterfront location with a lively bar, clubhouse facilities and many social events. A local treasure since 1926 focused on environmental protection, fish and game community involvement and friendship.

🎶🌊 Music by the Bay is back at the Marin Rod & Gun Club! This Saturday, June 20th 🌊🎶. 1pm-3pm

If your perfect Saturday includes waterfront views, great music, cold drinks, and food you don’t have to cook yourself, we’ve got plans for you.

This month’s featured band is HowellDevine, bringing their signature blend of blues, roots, Americana, and old-school good vibes to the bay. 🎸🎤

🍽️ This week’s menu:
🌮 Chicken Enchiladas, Black Beans, Chips & Guacamole — $15
🌭 Hot Dogs — $5

Bring a chair, a picnic , bring some friends, and settle in for an afternoon of music on one of the best waterfront patios in Marin.

A few friendly reminders:
🍻 No outside alcohol, please. Our bar is fully stocked and still has some of the best prices in town.

🐾 As much as we love your furry friends, dogs need to sit this one out.

🎶 Music by the Bay is BACK Saturday, June 6 at the Marin Rod & Gun Club! 🌊☀️

This time we’re bringing you Walt the Dog serving up funky southern rock, blues, and the kind of music that makes you want to dance and stay all afternoon!

🕐 1PM – 3PM
💸 Admission is FREE

Come hungry because we’ll have:
🍗 Teriyaki chicken, fried rice & salad — $15
🌭 Hot dogs — $5

Or pack your own picnic and make a day of it by the bay. 🧺

A couple friendly reminders:
🐾 No dogs please (even the really cute ones)
🍷 No outside alcohol allowed… but honestly, we’ve got the best-priced bar in town anyway 😉

Bring your lawn chairs, your friends, and your dancing shoes. Waterfront music days at MRGC are a Marin summer tradition for a reason. 😎

💃🕺 What a day at Music by the Bay! 🎶🌊

From dancing by the water and great live music to raffle winners, cold drinks, and plenty of laughter, today was everything we love about summer at the Marin Rod & Gun Club.

The dance floor stayed busy, old friends reconnected, new friends were made, and the bay delivered another beautiful backdrop for a perfect afternoon.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, supported the club, bought raffle tickets, and helped make today so special. And of course, thank you to our incredible musicians for keeping the good vibes rolling all afternoon long. 🎹🎸🎤

The Marin Rod & Gun Club Blood Drive is THIS Sunday, May 17 and we still have appointment spots to fill!

Right now, blood supplies — especially O-negative — are running low, and donations are urgently needed. The good news? One donation can help save multiple lives. Pretty amazing for something that takes less time than binge watching two episodes of your favorite show. 😉

All blood types are needed, but if you’re Type O, the hospitals especially need your help right now.

🎣TONIGHT at the Marin Rod & Gun Club

This is one of those “only in Marin” nights you don’t want to miss. 🌙🐟

Starting around 9:30 PM, we’ll welcome seven tankers from a local fishery as California Fish & Game releases more than ONE MILLION Chinook salmon smolt into the bay beginning at 10:20 PM — perfectly timed with the tides.

And if that wasn’t exciting enough… word on the pier is the striped bass tend to show up for the buffet too. 🎣👀

So grab a jacket, come down to the club, and experience a pretty incredible nighttime tradition with us.

Late-night fish release + possible great fishing + waterfront views = not a bad way to spend a Marin evening. 😉

Do you miss the famous pub cheese from Marin Joe’s? 🧀

Well… lucky for us, Mia is at the Marin Rod & Gun Club every Monday — and if you knew Marin Joe’s, then you probably know Mia. She was a total institution there, and now she’s bringing a little of that old-school magic (and yes, the pub cheese and crackers!) to the club.

Honestly, this is what summer is all about: sitting outside with a drink in hand, connecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and enjoying those easy Marin evenings together. ☀️

Join us for “Mia Mondays” — a casual night to relax, laugh, snack, and get to know your fellow members.
