We are proud to announce that Gerardo Navarro has officially been promoted to Club Manager of Sonoma Fitness San Rafael.

Gerardo’s journey reflects everything we value — hard work, humility, and a genuine heart for the community. Born and raised in San Rafael, he graduated from San Rafael High in 2022, and many of you know him from his family’s restaurant, Celia’s Mexican Restaurant. His reputation for showing up and giving his best has followed him everywhere he goes.

His fitness journey started in high school football, but after graduating, the gym became something deeper — a place that grounded him mentally and pushed him forward. He joined Sonoma Fit as a member in November 2022 and officially became part of the Fit Family in March 2024. Since day one, he has carried himself with respect, consistency, and leadership beyond his years.

A message from CEO & Founder, Adam Kovacs:
“I still remember the exact moment Gerardo walked into our CenterFL club to apply for a job. His first impression was so strong that I decided to interview him right then and there. Fifteen minutes later, I hired him on the spot. I knew that day that this young man had something special — and I had no doubt this moment would come. Watching him grow into this role has been one of the most rewarding parts of leadership.”

Gerardo has now earned the role of Club Manager — not through talk, but through action. Through reliability, professionalism, maturity, and the kind of character you cannot fake.
