Conditions Forecast
===================================
Diving conditions along the local coast have been mixed this past week.
We received a report of 10 ft visibility with some swell and surge at White Point in Palos Verdes last Wednesday. Veterans Park has also been averaging around 10-15 ft of visibility throughout the week. While conditions along the coast weren't ideal, Catalina Island offered excellent diving!
On Sunday, our PW boat charter visited the front side of Catalina and completed three dives at different dive sites. All three sites had outstanding conditions, with 40–50 ft visibility and calm water with no surge. We also had a private charter to the front side of Catalina on Wednesday, where divers enjoyed another great day with 35–40 ft visibility.
Looking ahead, the forecast calls for sunny skies throughout the week, with air temperatures in the low 80s. Coastal diving conditions are expected to improve this weekend as surf and swell decrease, so we're hopeful that visibility will continue to get better.
