Hi all in Facebook land!! My name is Gretchen Nunez and I own a personal training business in Little Rock called Smart Cookie Fitness. I earned my degrees in Psychology, Philosophy and Counseling, and went on to work as a counselor and psychometrician. I was fairly out of shape and had decided to drop some pounds and get fit. So I enlisted the help of a personal trainer and achieved my goals. Afte
