ਸੁਸ਼ਮਨਾ ਪਰਾਸ਼ਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਜਿਉ-ਜਿਤਸੁ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਚੈਂਪਿਅਨ, ਜਪਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਗੋਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਰਚਿਆ

ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਸੁਸ਼ਮਨਾ ਪਰਾਸ਼ਰ ਨੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਰਚਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਐਸਜੇਜੇਆਈਐਫ (ਸਪੋਰਟ ਜਿਉ-ਜਿਤਸੁ ਇੰਟਰਨੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ) ਵਰਲਡ ਜਿਉ-ਜਿਤਸੁ ਚੈਂਪਿਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਚੈਂਪਿਅਨ ਬਣਨ ਦਾ ਗੌਰਵ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਤ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ 26 ਤੋਂ 29 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਜਪਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਗੋਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 55 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 4,400 ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਿਸਾ ਲਿਆ।

ਸੁਸ਼ਮਨਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਉਮਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਤਗਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦਾ ਤਗਮਾ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਿਕ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸੁਸ਼ਮਨਾ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਛਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਯੁੱਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੈ।
