Join us for this special 4-week dance/movement therapy group.

This therapy support group invites participants to use dance and movement as creative tools and healing resources. 

Led by board-certified dance/movement therapist Nathaniel Silveira-Pyzik, LPCC, BC-DMT.

Participants will be guided through a movement warm-up, therapeutic processing, and reflection in each session to create a supportive structure for content and creative process to emerge. Participants will learn guided movement and learn ways to create their own authentic movement throughout.

Space is limited, we ask that you please cancel in advance if you cannot make it, ensuring your spot can go to someone on the waiting list.

Please plan to attend all four sessions to get the most benefit from the group and to ensure group cohesion.

You are not broken.
You are overwhelmed.

And somewhere beneath the noise…
your soul is still waiting for you.

Most people aren’t exhausted
because life is hard.

They’re exhausted because they’ve become disconnected
from who they really are.

Always performing.
Always pushing.
Always surviving.

Rarely breathing.

Anxiety.
Overthinking.
Emotional exhaustion.
Nervous system dysregulation.
