What is the FASTLANE BASKETBALL Program? The FASTLANE BASKETBALL Program is an Afterschool program for K-6th Graders. We also teach the value of teamwork and respect. The students learn basic skills such as dribbling, passing and catching, and defense. Various game
s are played during these sessions such as 5 on 5 games and Shooting Knock Out. We learn and have fun at the same time. Students, coaches, and even the parents enjoy the program. Where and When are the sessions held? The sessions occur during the entirety of the school year on school grounds. The start of the session will begin at the end of the school day 10 minutes after the last bell. The session meeting is one day a week for an 1 hour and 15 minutes for 6 weeks. How much does it cost? Ryan Lane is the Director and Coach for Fastlane Basketball. He conducts all of the Fastlane Programs. Ryan was an All State High School Player while at Sitka High School in Sitka, Alaska. He is the All-time 3-point percentage shooting record holder for Holy Names University. While playing for Holy Names University, he also led the nation in 3-point shooting percentage in his senior year season. He was the Aragon High School Boys Varsity Basketball Assistant Coach for 4 years, and a Site Director and Coach for one of the Top Summer Basketball Camps in the nation, Legarza Basketball Camp. He currently resides in Hayward with his family. Coach Victoria: Atttended HS in Fremont, CA. Multiple Awards as an athlete and an MVAL All-Team Athlete in Volleyball and Basketball. Participant in the States Meet of Champions in the High Jump event for Track and Field. During her time at Chabot College, she received Player of the Year and later inducted in Chabot College's Hall of Fame for Volleyball. While at Cal State East Bay (formerly Cal State Hayward) she was part of the Top team in the division which holds the school's winning streak and most wins in a season (2002/2004) records. She currently is the 5th place holder for Most Career Individual Blocks for programs record. Coached as an assistant at JFK, Fremont and Chabot College in a span of 5 years before starting at Fastlane Basketball. She currently lives in Hayward with her family.
