Initially our programs address situations one might encounter on the street including all manner of kicks and punches, grappling, locks, chokes, etc. Bay Mountain Wing Tsun is full of friendly people and fun yet serious training. The student/instructor relationship is one that you typically won't find elsewhere and the instructors are dedicated and passionate about martial arts and their teaching.
