About T'ai Chi:

T'ai Chi is a slow, gentle art form originating in China and practiced for many hundreds of years for health and longevity. It increases mental focus, decreases stress and is excellent for body balance. It improves mind and body, and is a moving meditation. About the Teacher:

I was introduced to T'ai Chi in 1996. From the moment I first saw and experienced it, I fell in love. I was a student of Master Xiangyu Dai of Beijing for 1.5 years and now study under Heloise Gold of Austin. I have been teaching the T'ai Chi form for 6 years. Even after 20 years of studying the form, I continue to learn and be challenged by this practice. "If you want to see me, look inside your heart." -Lao Tzu
