So glad that I decided to take the risk and try a post retirement “career” as a Zumba instructor. Not necessarily an easy accomplishment when you have no formal dance training, and literally no experience teaching a dance exercise class. Not to mention starting out at the age of 65. Because of that decision I have met many wonderful new people and I have made a lot of new friends. I encouraged each and every one of my students ‘to skip the workout and join the party”. Hopefully I inspired more than a few along the way. So here I am 14 years later thanking everyone who danced with me and laughed with me.

"Last night, my wife Michelle Burton told me she would be late getting off work because of a call she was on where the parents of 4 small children had both overdosed. Michelle said the father was dead and the mother was critical. She spent the rest of the night taking care of these babies. She got home at 4 this morning. I've never seen her more beautiful than in this picture. What an incredible woman."
