Join us on Friday, June 20th starting at 9:00 AM for a packed day of competition, fitness, food, giveaways, and family fun!

🏐 Sand Volleyball Tournament — Games start at 9 AM, teams of up to 4, $25 per team. Prizes for 1st and 2nd place, and every volleyball player will be entered into a $100 Amazon Gift Card raffle!

🏃 HYROX-Style Workout + Ice Baths — Dylan will lead a hybrid athlete workout at 9 AM followed by ice baths for recovery. Anyone who participates in the workout will also be entered into a $100 Amazon Gift Card raffle!

☕ FREE Coffee on Us— Enjoy complimentary specialty coffees and more from the Creature Coffee Co truck.

Anyone can be motivated at the beginning of something but real growth comes from showing up when progress feels slow, when the results aren’t immediate, and when no one is watching.

Today we want to highlight

- Raced her second Olympic triathlon and PRed her time by over 4 min, finishing in 3 hours and 15 min!

- Ran the Hometown Half Marathon in Del Valle and finished in a time of 2 hours and 36 min!

Great job ladies 😍😍 thanks for being a great example for us all!

So many people came together to challenge themselves, encourage each other, and honor the meaning behind Memorial Day. From the first mile to the final rep, the back turf was filled with determination, support, and gratitude.

We’re proud of every single person who showed up and completed this workout yesterday, whether with us or by yourself. Thank you for helping us honor those who gave everything for our freedom. ❤️
