Full house this morning and large chunk being the Texas State Weightlifting team. Adults and college kids working side by side on a holiday, doesn’t get much better than that.

Bit of fun and a bit of explosion work today. Worked up to a 50k/110lb single arm barbell sn**ch. 48k was clean, 50k needed a small press at the top. Prepping the body to get back into powerlifting mode and started the cut as well.

The house was popping tonight!! Strength and Conditioning, Youth, Powerlifting and Weightlifting finishing up while Texas State Men's Rugby was getting ready to start their warmup. No matter who steps into the gym, we are going to train you like an athlete because that’s what you are!

Another great meet hosted by thegoonhouse_ this weekend. So many great lifts, amazing hosts and I was able to get a solid shoulder session in on Friday. Already looking forward to the next USPATEXAS meet in Harlingen next year!
