🇺🇸🥋 LABOR DAY OPEN MAT!

Join us on September 7th for a special morning of Jiu-Jitsu, great rolls, good energy, and an opportunity to share the mats with our community!

Our Open Mat will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Dino Jiu Jitsu. All teams, academies, and belt levels are welcome. Come ready to train, learn, challenge yourself, and enjoy two hours surrounded by people who share the same passion for Jiu-Jitsu.

This is the perfect way to celebrate Labor Day: no regular schedule, no excuses—just good training and great people on the mats! Bring your teammates, invite your friends, and come be part of it.

Every belt carries a story. Every promotion represents dedication, discipline, growth, and countless hours spent on the mats. 🥋

In Jiu-Jitsu, you learn that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It is built through every training session, every technique you repeat, every challenge you overcome, and especially every time you choose to keep going—even when you feel tired.

From white belt to black belt, every stage matters. You don’t need to compare your journey to anyone else’s because every athlete has a different path, pace, and set of challenges. True progress happens when you look back and realize how far you have come.

The belt colors may change, but the values remain the same: respect, humility, courage, perseverance, and commitment. On the mats, you develop skills and strength that will also transform your life outside the academy.

At DINO JIU JITSU, you will find a welcoming environment where you can learn, grow, build confidence, and become part of a true family. No matter your age or experience level, there is always a place for you on the mats.
