Summer Camp starts next week, and we’re excited to announce that when you register for one week of camp, you’ll get the second week 50% off!

Each day includes structured, in-depth Jiu Jitsu instruction tailored to your child’s experience level. This JFlo hand-clapping drill teaches balance, fluidity, and comfort in close-range situations without relying on stiffness or strength. The goal is to move, react, and stay connected to your partner.

It’s a fun and valuable exercise for kids, but don’t let that fool you. Adults benefit from it just as much.

Research shows that play is one of the most effective ways to learn, and sometimes the simplest games create the biggest improvements. 🥋

While our dedicated Judo classes are on Tuesdays (with the exception of JFlo Friday), you’ll find Judo woven throughout many of our programs because strong takedowns, balance, and body control make better martial artists.

We strive to make SDBJJ as family-friendly as possible.

That’s why we offer our Parents Class during our 5:00 PM Kids BJJ class Monday through Thursday. While the kids are learning new skills on the mats downstairs, parents have the opportunity to train upstairs.

No extra trip to the gym. No waiting on the sidelines. Just a chance for the whole family to grow together through Jiu Jitsu.
