Minimum Requirements for the Line Cook Position:
- Associates in Culinary Arts degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of culinary experience and/or training, or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on experience.
- Preferred certification in ServSafe

Our new restaurant, Tarbox & Brown, is now open and ready to serve you for a cold beer and a great meal before or after your round of golf! T&B is open daily for breakfast service from 7-11 and lunch service from 11-5 (6:00 on non-dinner nights) and we have a special "golf & go" menu that you can order for pickup at the turn! We're excited to be able to serve you a wonderful meal after your fun day on the course!
