Want to give a S/O to one of my youngest but longest tenured clients - Kailor! When he was just 4 years old, Kailor’s mom reached out for some 1:1 training to help get him stronger.

To be honest we were a bit hesitant to start training so young w/ him. Even from that young age, Kailor was attentive and wanted to get better. It’s been so cool seeing him age from 4 to 7 now and see how serious he is about putting in the work. This kid has more endurance than myself and all my clients combined and he takes his sessions very seriously!

Watching him in his element on the soccer field is rewarding as his trainer to see the work he’s accomplished in our sessions, translate to the field. He has a long way to go but I have no doubt he’s going to do big things with his passion ⚽️ … keep up the great work, Kailor! 💪

S/O to one of my clients for the work he’s put in these past six weeks. Greg has been improving on some resistance training and he aspires to learn the functions the RIGHT WAY and that’s why I like training him; his willingness to learn. Just like with anything, exercise takes commitment, time, and a desire to learn and Greg is a great example of someone who has those characteristics and strives to be healthier. Keep up the great work Greg! 💪 🫡 🤟

I like to call these “20X20X3’s”…🔥😅 This entails jumping up on a 20” platform, with a 20lb medicine ball, and then slamming the ball 3 times, then hoping back down (repeat). I can go about 6-8 reps (hops) in set before I really start to get bogged down! What I love about these is it really forces you to work on your balance, and that becomes more difficult when your heart rate gets higher coupled with heavy breathing. You can even see how on one of my hops, the balancing part was not easy! These plyometric workouts are brutal but soooo beneficial!!
