Grupo Folklórico Ocotochtli Hello! This is the official page for Grupo Folklorico Ocotochtli @ Texas State University.

Please feel free to like our page to stay informed on our events, classes, performances, and competitions. In November of 1993, ten students representing Hispanic organizations at the Texas State campus, gathered to share their culture at the annual homecoming talent show. Because of an award winning performance, Grupo Folklorico emerged into a student campus organization that is alive and well to this day. Since its inception, it has shared much success and has performed throughout the University and its surrounding community. We, the current generation of Bobcats, hope to bring pride to our folklorico veterans and our University with our new folklorico dancers!

💃 Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a stunning Ballet Folklórico performance!

Join Grupo Folklórico Ocotochtli at the Buda Public Library on Sat., September 19 at 4 p.m. for our performance honoring dances from different regions in Mexico!

This library event is free, open to all ages, and requires no registration.
