Last year, after having my entire colon removed & an ostomy bag, I lost the muscle I spent years fighting to build through the challenges of ulcerative colitis.

This year, at 41, I’m rebuilding. Some days are hard, some days are easy, but every day I’m grateful to show my 40s who’s boss 🙌🏽
