Our 5-Week Beginner Program starting Saturday, September 12 filled up faster than we expected, mostly because Saturday was the only day on the schedule.

Now there are two. The program runs Saturdays from 11:00am to 12:30pm and Sundays from 9:00am to 10:30am, so you can pick whichever day actually fits your week. 🗓️

This is also the last Beginner Program opening in 2026. If you have been waiting for the right moment to start, this is it.

Alliance Jiu-Jitsu is walking away from the IBJJF World Master Championship (Las Vegas, September 3-6) with two more titles to add to the wall: team champions and women’s team champions.

Two wins, one weekend, the same standard we train to every day on our mats.

Everyone who’s ever stepped onto the mats for the first time felt the same thing: that mix of curiosity and “can I actually do this.”

The truth is, nobody’s born knowing this stuff. Every black belt on our team was once a lost white belt, counting down the minutes until the clock ran out.

This Saturday, our mats turn into something a little different. 🌿

We’re opening our doors for a full morning of rest and recovery, open to the whole community, no jiu-jitsu experience needed. Yoga, sound bath, ice bath, massage, and yes, free açaí, all before lunch.

Come through Saturday, whether you already train with us or you’re just curious about what happens inside these doors.
