I’ve gotta give love to my two boys and their band Ultraviolets 🌌🎸. I love this pic because I love seeing them on stage together. Over the past year, they’ve been grinding hard with their bandmates—writing, rehearsing, and putting on killer shows across San Luis Obispo County (and beyond!).

They’re chasing the rock star dream the right way: with passion, hard work, and pure love for the music. 🎶🔥

Hey IG Fam, this is “Mean” Gene and he is wearing a brand new pair of boxing gloves and ready for his first Fight Back! Class. Man, he looks good! BIG Shout out again to for hosting the First Annual Fall Fling and raising lots of scrilla, scratch, paper for everyone out there fighting a neurological disorder and those supporting them. Thanks to all those who donated. Here’s your kindness in action. We do nothing alone.

Happy Sunday IG Fam. I’m excited to share this flyer for all of you in SLO county and Santa Maria. Coach April Sargeant Huckabey and I are putting on the 1st Annual Fall Fling, a night of dinner, dancing and more to support April’s nonprofit, NeuroFighters, Inc. The money will go towards supporting coaches and exercise classes offered on the Central Coast, for people fighting Parkinson’s disease. Exercise IS medicine for people with PD. These classes are vital to their health, well being and quality of life. They foster community and a sense of belonging. And the social connection for those with PD can be a crucial one for fighting depression and maintaining good mental health. So come out, support a great cause and dance the night away! It’s been a minute IG family. Love to you all. I write this post with a heavy heart tonight. A tribe member was lost yesterday. Tom attended my Parkinson’s boxing classes the last 5 years. He never a missed class. EVER. He was committed to the cause and knew how important exercise was in his fight against Parkinson’s disease. He was tougher than your average bear. Nothing stopped him. People often ask me about our class and what it's like to work with the PD community. I always tell them the same thing, "They are the hardest working people I know." And it’s true. Tom was one of the hardest working people I know. When you have your why, life becomes more clear and defined. You know what you need and why it's important, so you do the work. Day in and day out. Tom epitomized that. Much respect for this man and his drive and work ethic. You will be missed Tom. Rest in peace brother. We love you. 🥊 💔

Roadside church marquee you’ve done it again! Family, the IS the . It’s part of all our stories. No one of , or accomplished anything without struggle. The struggle is the gift life gives us every day. Don’t squander any opportunity to grow because it’s hard. Embrace it. Own it. Then deal with it and find your power in it. said it best, “Don’t wish it was easier. Wish you were better.” Ain’t saying nothing new here. Just a friendly reminder.... Keep family.
