Well, today I leave for San Diego for my first work trip of the year. I love my job and traveling, but it takes a lot of effort to stay on track with my health and fitness. Attitude is everything and I needed that this morning to squeeze in my 5 AM workout before boarding my flight at 6:56 AM. 💪💥

Core De Force never gets boring. So many punching, kicking, and knee combinations, you don't have time to think about how tired you are. Whether you are modifying or doing the moves 100%, you are guaranteed to shred the calories.

Well friends, I just completed the 30 day Core De Force program. Wow, what an experience!! I have always liked Mixed Martial Art moves, but this program took it to another level. I am excited about repeating the month starting today and seeing what more I can get out of this program. Join me if you dare...😜.
