monday AM - 7am & 9:30 offerings only

tuesday PM - 4:15 is now a slow burn II & 6:45 is now a fusion 🔥 (starts 6/9)

thursday PM - 6:45 is now slow burn I

saturday AM - 8am remains HIIT, 9:30/11 remain specialty classes (b***y & core/arms & abs)

& we have something special for summer launching 6/1 🍊👀
