Ever try a soft start to your morning?
A few minutes to be with and honor your own needs before you launch can help start the day grounded and focused.
2 minutes or a half hour.... whatever you can make happen.
Not possible on workdays? Understandable. What about just 1 weekend morning where you give yourself permission to soak in what you need to feel good for the day.
No social media. No news. Just softness.
My slow start today was a short meditation, intention setting and enjoying cat snuggles while appreciating a spring rain on the garden. And how I'm building into all things I hoped for so many years ago. A family I adore, kids I'm so proud of, a relationship that works for me, a cozy home and now with a yard that is breathing with life and has space to enjoy. A career that brings me more joy each day with clients who I adore-finding their way to their most confident selves to move into what they dream of.
Simple joys. So much gratitude.
