Lua O Nā Koa Den of Warriors celebrated Kristen and Kekoa’s growing ʻohana with the most epic fight: Sensei Donavan representing Team Boy vs Sifu Willie representing Team Girl. This is just the highlight reel—they battled it out for 10 minutes in a no-holds-barred match to reveal the gender of the baby! Aggressive Sparring Workshops are every Saturday, 2-3 PM 🥊 You will develop better timing and balance, solid defense, as well as efficient fighting strategies for striking, takedowns, and groundwork. All techniques will be stress tested in live force-on-force scenarios.

The SHADOW Team’s outstanding demonstration at the 2025 Kajukenbo Association of America - Ga***rd Celebration (Part I)

Super Hero Academy Den of Warriors trained rigorously over the course of many months, eager to perfect advanced techniques and new forms. Watch as students showed their skill, strength, and self-control with their kajukenbo self-defense and displayed creativity and unity in their iconic SHADOW Form 3. They really outdid themselves this time.

KAA 58th Annual Celebration and Workout ♣️

Get ready to celebrate Great Grand Master Ga***rd’s Birthday on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Quarry Lakes in Fremont!
 
It will be a full day of inspiring instruction, demonstrations, entertainment and of course, delicious barbecue as we celebrate the life and legacy of Great Grandmaster Ga***rd and we are thrilled to have you join us!
 
Event Details:
Registration begins at 9:00 AM
Seminars kick off at 10:00 AM

Parking:
$5 fee (card only, no cash). Be sure to turn right at the fork toward the Ensenada Gazebo which will be the first one you’ll see.
 
What to Bring:
A water bottle to stay hydrated during the workout, and your gi or comfortable clothing.

Purchasing Tickets:
Please purchase your tickets now so we can get an accurate head count for the BBQ. When paying through Venmo or PayPal, be sure to include the names of everyone attending and the event.
