Rio Grande Valley, please join us in celebrating a tremendous achievement by two outstanding athletes from Cornerstone Gymnastics in San Juan, Texas!
Out of four competitors in the Rio Grande Valley, two from Cornerstone earned the honor of representing the Valley at the Regional Gymnastics Championships in Oklahoma City—competing against top athletes from seven states: New Mexico, Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, and Arkansas.
This accomplishment reflects a season defined by dedication, discipline, and relentless hard work. Their journey took them across some of the nation’s most competitive stages, including Lady Luck in Las Vegas, the WOGA Classic in Dallas, the Alamo Classic and Candy Cane Invitational in San Antonio, Rock ‘n’ Rock in Austin, and Metroplex in Dallas.
They competed at the highest levels throughout the season—Level 7 State, WCC State Level 8—and rose to the occasion at Regionals for both Level 7 and Level 8 in Oklahoma City.
