YES. YOU SHOULD BE INTIMIDATED BY A CROSSFIT MOM.
Because she works.
She doesn’t wait for motivation.
She doesn’t hide behind excuses.
She doesn’t spend her time criticizing people who are doing the work.
She SHOWS UP.
She lifts heavy.
She gets uncomfortable.
She pushes past her limits.
She takes responsibility for her health.
And she’s not doing it just to look good.
She’s doing it because her kids need a strong mom.
A mom who can run with them.
Play with them.
Carry them.
Keep up with them.
And hopefully, be there for them for a very, very long time.
So yes…
Be intimidated by her discipline.
Be intimidated by what happens when a woman decides she’s done making excuses.
Because while some people are sitting on the sidelines judging her…
SHE’S GETTING BETTER.
She’s building strength.
She’s building confidence.
She’s building a healthier future for herself and her family.
And the truth is…
You don’t need to be intimidated by her.
You need to ask yourself:
“Why am I not doing the same?”
Because your health doesn’t happen by accident.
YOU EARN IT.
One workout.
One choice.
One day at a time.
And yes…
You should be intimidated by that.
