CrossFit No Boundaries is located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. We’ve moved locations three times thus far, taking us from working out in a tiny location (around 500 sq/f) in Dana Point (where we were CrossFit Dana Point) to large garage (1100 sq/f) in Capistrano Beach, and most recently into San Juan Capistrano (where we’re currently named CrossFit No Boundaries).

Do you know the difference between muscles being “tight” and “stiff”? While they may feel similar and may lead to similar movement limitations, the causes are very different, and often demand slightly different solutions.

Keep your eyes peeled for an upcoming event where we will address, among other things, how to tell the difference between tight and stiff muscles, and what to do about it.

🏃‍♀️ If I had a nickel for every time I heard an athlete say “but I hate running,” I’d have quite a few nickels. When’s the last time you stopped and considered why you hate running? After all, it’s one of the most foundational and functional ways you can move your body…

Here’s a little hint: it might be because your running form needs some work. Swallow that pill, and let’s do something about it.
