Last week Fitness Vacation Exchange hosted their very first Fitness Retreat to beautiful Temecula Wine Country in Southern California. We were blessed with beautiful people and gorgeous weather and I feel as though the friendships I made will last a lifetime. From Vino Vinyasa to hot air ballooning and everything in between, it was simply wonderful.
