In just 2 months Mason has taken half a second off of his sixty time from 8.1 to 7.59 and he’s just getting started.
We didn’t do any fancy footwork drills, ladder drills, etc. Just consistent strength training, Med ball throws, plyos & 10-15 twenty yard sprints per week. More force into the ground = more speed.

Year 1 of Redline Academy will be in the books at the end of this week. This year we completed:

- Leadership course (extreme ownership academy)
- Intro to finances
- American History
- Algebra
- Physical science
- 8th grade English

During this time Lance got in 170 training sessions, rehabbed his injury, & gained 20lbs.
We did all this without starting until after Labor Day, starting each school day no earlier than 930am, and we’re going to finish before Memorial Day.
Lance was able to get much needed sleep to allow his body to recover and grow and he’s going to get a full summer to be prepared for high school.
Our goal was to eliminate the wasted time in traditional schools and we did just that.
