Red Tide Swim Summer novice swim team for ages 4-16 Red Tide Swim Team is a novice summer-only program led by Coach Bert Bergen.

The program is designed to introduce swimming to swimmers as young as 4 up to 16 in a relaxed, fun setting where our focus starts with stoke and skills introduction and moves to refinement of stroke techniques and in-water and dry land cardio development. The trained and enthusiastic coaching staff is made up of current and former high school swimmers from Coach Bert's Saddleback Valley Christian high school program.
