I was 33 in the picture on the right.
In a couple months I’ll be 53.
My journey into health was messy, frustrating and discouraging UNTIL I decided or, recognized that jumping from one “diet” to the next wasn’t working.
Learning that my eating habits were just that HABITS: opened my eyes to the idea that I can break a bad habit. But how??
Well I stopped dieting.
I ate foods with ONE ingredient; Veggies, protein, fruit, oatmeal etc..
I looked at my portions; I cut everything I normally ate (bad habits) in half. I started to move my body. My habits changed, I took control of me. I was kinder to myself. I started to heal. Mind, body and spirit.
The weight came off and a rebirth of Stephenie had happened.
I knew I needed to help change people’s lives. So, IM HERE to Coach you whenever you are ready.
