At MPowered Bootcamps, we strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. Our outdoor fitness bootcamps are specially designed in order to get the fastest results. The workouts combine strength training, cardio, and high intensity interval training. We work out under the sun in the beautiful outdoors and can promise that no two workouts will ever be the same

! We believe that variety is the best way to train your body so that you are guaranteed to avoid plateaus and never get bored. We have modifications for every exercise to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. Here is a video of what our workouts are like:

MPowered Bootcamps’ community is the heart of this company. Our members create a fun, friendly, and supportive atmosphere while our trainers push them to their physical limits. Many of our members become close friends and the support they provide makes everyone feel welcome. Besides being the best at getting results, one of our main goals is to bring our community together through a variety of social events.

When we closed last summer we barley had time to process since we just had a new baby. We always thought we would reopen again one day and rejoin our amazing community. We have missed everyone so much and our old morning routine. We should have said this here then but now that we are moving it feels like the door is officially closing so…THANK YOU everyone for making such a wonderful impact on our lives! It was an absolute pleasure getting to work out with all of you! We miss you and will continue missing you!
